Dream-Play

I’m sure a lot of you have heard of lucid dreaming, despite most people not achieving it. It’s actually something I’ve had very little success with myself, and it’s for that reason that I’ve been wanting to experiment with it more.

For those unfamiliar with the concept, lucid dreaming is the state of becoming conscious while you’re still dreaming. Imagine yourself “waking up” in a dream and KNOWING that it’s a dream. Suddenly you can control all aspects that go on in the dream, and instead of just “going along for the ride” you can instead use it as a powerful tool for either problem solving or simple enjoyment. You’re awake inside your own realm and your creativity has the reins.

There are a lot of techniques that can be used to achieve such a state, with some obviously being better than others. Learning strategies recently sent me a couple of their Paraliminal products to demo and provide feedback on, and of the ones they sent me, I’m the most excited to try out the Dream-Play Paraliminal. Paraliminals work quite easily, and they only take about 20-25 minutes to complete. It works by listening to an audio track in stereo (so you’ll need headphones) that speaks to both you and your subconscious mind. Not only do these tracks provide an abundance of benefits, but the actual process of listening to them is quite interesting too. It almost feels like your body is entering into a euphoric or trance like state, and it’s brings on a feeling of deep relaxation.

I plan on writing a detailed review in a couple weeks; although I have a feeling I’ll achieve a good deal of success with Dream-Play. I’ve already used Anxiety-Free before and achieved incredible results with that, so I see no reason why Dream-Play would be any different.

Finally, Paralminals aren’t just a fad or quick cash in to make easy money. A LOT of time, effort, and research went into developing these, and it certainly shows. Although it’s hard to explain their uniqueness in words, there have been a lot of big names in the psychology and personal development fields that have endorsed and spoken highly of Paraliminals: Jack Canfield, (chicken soup for the soul) Anthony Robbins, and Steve Pavlina for starters.

Even with all that being said, I'm still eager to see what Paraliminals can do for me. It's one thing to read the major success stories from the likes of Anthony Robbins or Steve Pavlina, but it's an entirely different thing to experience that level of success yourself.

yess!! i know what you mean ! :D in many times, i had become conscious and i decided when to wake up in the dream... most of the time because were dreams kind of nightmare, just a few a times i had the chance to do it , We all know that every dream is like a story , and a story has a beggining, a climax , when a dream is about to get to the climax (in my case the scary part) i decided to wake up , but here´s the strange part, i dont wake up inmediatly , first i had to pass for three or two "stages" (i dont know how to name it )i can describe it as : I see tree places or backgrounds , in each of these i had to wake up , till I finally wake up in reality.... VERYYY STRANGE UH?? but this happens in few seconds only (1,2)

So this is how can i describe My lucid dream .. in some cases i could choose when to wake up, and other times i certainly could control some aspects ( but it´s almost imposible , personally i´ve done it two times I think)

But i never pretend to to these things, it just happened,!! and I´m sure i dont want to go through it again , because if you decide to wake up in a dream , is because you are scaping and it´s BAD DREAM , and if you want to modify your dream , is because maybe subconsciouly you want to do things that in reality you can´t do.... and that´s is scaping your reality and not facing it.

well, that´s my experience with lucid dreams, sorry my englishhh .. it´s not my native language. xD

MILAGROS.

Hi Travis

I love sleep and dreaming and I usually have quite neat dreams, so I was fascinated by what you wrote here indeed.

I have heard of lucid dreaming many times, and am still not 100% sure if I have done it, but I am pretty sure I have. In a handful of dreams I was conscious of my surroundings in a very "different" type of way, but it lasted a very short time.

Anyway, I am glad there is material that can help to reach lucid dreaming states perhaps better....look forward to the review of the products.
